Living/dining room - ground floor

Step through your private street entrance into the tastefully decorated living room, featuring both a large and small sofa. A 32 inch ultra HD smart TV with 250+ Sky channels and Netflix. The room flows into the dining area, which boasts a large table and benches, making it the perfect spot for a family meal, a romantic dinner or to enjoy a night of board games with friends.

The large sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. It comes with a 2-inch mattress topper for added comfort and bedding is automatically included for bookings of 5 guests.


Kitchen - ground floor

Our fully equipped, hand-built cottage kitchen with granite worktops provides everything you need to feel at home. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, bread, and milk are also included. Step outside into our small private patio area, complete with a table and benches.


Outside space - ground floor

Leading out from the kitchen and onto your own private patio. Equipped with a table and two benches.

Smoking is permitted outside only and an ashtray is provided.


Landing/work space - 1st floor

Relax and unwind in the bright and airy landing/work space, with a desk and chair for catching up on work or relax in the comfy armchair.

Bathroom - 1st floor

Retreat to the traditional bathroom on the first floor, featuring a large roll-top bath with shower and complimentary toiletries from Scottish Fine Soaps for use during your stay.

Bedrooms - 1st floor/2nd floor

Our cottage offers two bedrooms - the first on the first floor features a king-size bed with a super comfy, medium/firm pillow-top mattress by Hypnos. The second bedroom, located on the second floor, is a bright and comfortable double aspect loft conversion with two single beds with comfy pocket sprung medium/firm mattresses. Each bed is dressed with hotel-quality, Egyptian cotton bedding, and a bath towel, hand towel, and face cloth are provided for each guest.

Parking & public transport

For those traveling by car, a secure underground car park is located just a 2-minute walk from the property, managed by the council and priced at £18.20 per 24 hours. Please note that the car park is only suitable for small/medium-sized cars, and you will need to get a new parking ticket each time you enter/exit. Larger cars can use a nearby car park, located a 10-minute walk away with a price range of £18 to £25 per 24 hours. The property is conveniently accessible by public transport, with several bus routes just a few minutes' walk away. Brighton train station is also nearby, located 0.9 miles from the property, which can be reached by a 15-20 minute walk or a short taxi or bus ride. If you're travelling from overseas, there are regular direct trains from Gatwick to Brighton that you can take.


Short term rental terms and agreements

We have partnered with Superhog, a specialist in online verifications and screening. We require all guests to complete their verification process before check-in to ensure safety and to remove the need for a damage deposit. The service is free and the same checks are completed on all hosts that use the platform so you can be confident that you are staying with a legitimate host.
